Who am I?
Call me Velionne or Veli! 🫶
I'm a new English-speaking VTuber streaming on twitch!
I started around a month ago :)
It's my very very first time doing content creation, therefore I totally lack the skills to edit videos or make good posts to get noticed, hahaha.
I'm always very excited to meet new people and I'm thankful for everyone who watches me! ❤️
If you have any suggestions or ideas for things I can do, don't hesitate to let me know!!
What do I do?
I stream on Twitch!
Personally I won't be playing story games (maybe in the future?), since I'm not very interested in them (for example: Life is Strange)
I have also done "just chatting" where we just talk, laugh and sometimes sing! ^^
On my ideas list is:
- League of Legends
- Valorant
- Lethal Company
- R.E.P.O
- Dead by Daylight (mayyybe)
- Supermarket Simulator
I know there are soooo many more games out there and I'm very open for suggestions!
Important to know!
I won't play games that aren't fun to me. Otherwise the stream won't be as entertaining.
Tho nevertheless, let me know all the suggestions and I will take a look at them to check, if they are something for me. :D
My personality
I'm actually VERY introverted and shy. Always avoiding many people (even a group of 3 can be considered "too many" ☠️).
Since I have another persona online, I feel much more comfortable just being extroverted!
It's so much fun for me!
I'd describe myself as supportive and a good friend. I take care and look after friends. If someone wants to talk about something that is distressing them, I always have an open ear!
I'm always trying my best to help people! <33
I'm a disabled VTuber
I do have a disability — and I also have a disability ID.
Let me just explainnnn~
I have a disabilty that heavily impacts my eyesight.
It's called a "genetic defect", which causes my eyes to be permanently bad without being able to use Tools to help me such as:
- glasses
- contact lenses
- magnifying glass
- yadda yadda yadda hahahha
I have had this defect since birth, so me and my family never noticed it.
There are also two types of it.
Both are rare but one is rarer than the other (very confusing I knowwww).
The (in comparison) more common defect causes not only the eyes to be affected but also the body (for example: heart rhythm disorder).
The rarer one "only" causes the eyes to be impacted (which I have, luck in unluck).
Alsoo to note, the defect isn't the same for everyone!
Some people might experience no problems or don't even notice anything (they have slightly worse eyesight but not noticeable)
but others however might have it worse (very noticeable and impacting daily life). - me
the measured eyesight for me is, whopping 5%-10%.
How is it impacting my life?
I'm very limited on jobs and I won't ever be able to get a driver's license, so I have to rely on either public transport or someone close to drive me somewhere (if needed).
Problem with public transport: I can get lost easily, especially around new places.
Next to my eyes I also have mental problems. Nothing really was diagnosed — just speculated — so I won't be saying "oh I have that and that".
I also carry lots of emotional trauma and childhood trauma. (I just learned to get along with it over the years)
Life hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve learned to grow stronger and find joy in being myself. ❤️ Streaming has become a huge part of that journey!
Thank you so so so much for reading! ❤️
I'm very excited to go on this journey with you all and I hope to see you in the twitch chat or even Discord!!
The Discord is linked on the page on the very top!
