Today marks a special milestone: The Pandacy Project is officially opening its doors to the public! What started as a private tech solution for a few friends has evolved into a comprehensive support platform, and we are now ready to share our tools and expertise with the wider VTuber community.

Our journey began in 2024. The project was initiated and programmed entirely by Toby (KeksToby) in April, who has been and continues to be responsible for the management and technical development. He was soon joined by ColouredDemon in September and LittleMoonbean in October, completing the founding trio. Our initial goal was simple: to build and share technical tools just for the three of us.

However, as our own activities grew, so did our needs. Simple tools were no longer enough. The project expanded to include more complex management tasks: we started hosting dedicated Minecraft servers for community events, which led to developing our own custom plugins. To streamline our workflows, we began creating bespoke plugins for the StreamDeck.

We looked at the powerful and stable infrastructure we had built and realized it was too valuable to remain a private project. We decided that the best way forward was to open up our platform and offer these solutions to other creators who face the same technical hurdles.

As of today, April 20th, 2025, Pandacy is a platform dedicated to support VTubers by handling the technical challenges of content creation—completely for free. Our mission is to provide the tools so you can focus on what you do best: creating content and engaging with your community. Welcome to Pandacy!
